1.1.b These general terms and conditions apply to all offers of Full Steel Mp7 and to all agreements concluded between Full Steel Mp7 and the consumer. The terms and conditions are accessible to all and are included on the Full Steel Mp7 website. Upon request, we will send you a copy in writing.

1.2. By placing an order, you indicate that you agree to the terms of delivery and payment. Fullsteelmp7.com reserves the right to change its terms of delivery and/or payment after expiry of the term.

1.3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Full Steel Mp7 does not recognize general or specific terms and conditions of third parties.

1.4. Full Steel Mp7 guarantees that the delivered product complies with the agreement and meets the specifications set out in the offer.

1.5. All rights of the websites are protected by copyright ©. All rights reserved, and therefore, its content belongs solely and exclusively to its author. Access to this material does not imply in any way a licence for its reproduction and/or distribution, which, in any case, is prohibited without the express prior consent of Full Steel Mp7. Access to the websites implies acceptance of these conditions of use.

1.6. The applicable law is Spanish law. The use of the services or contents is prohibited in all jurisdictions that do not recognise the effectiveness of these conditions of use. 2. Delivery

2.1. Delivery takes place as long as stocks last.

2.2. Within the framework of the distance purchasing rules, Fullsteelmp7.com orders will be executed within at least 30 days, unless another delivery period has been agreed. If delivery within 30 days, or the otherwise agreed delivery time is not possible (because the ordered item is out of stock or no longer available), or there is a delay for other reasons, or an order cannot or only partially be executed, then the consumer receives within 1 month after placing the order a message, in which case he is entitled to cancel the order without charge and notice of default

2.3. The delivery obligation of Full Steel Mp7 , unless proven otherwise, will be fulfilled once the products delivered by Full Steel Mp7 have been offered to the customer once. In the case of home delivery, the carrier's report, including the refusal of acceptance, extends to the complete proof of the offer of delivery.

2.4. All deadlines mentioned on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the aforementioned deadlines.

3. Prices

3.1. Prices shall not be increased during the term of the offer, unless legal measures so require or if the manufacturer makes interim price increases

3.2. All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors

3.3. All prices on the site are in Euros and include 21% VAT.

4. Trial period / right of withdrawal

4.1. If there is a purchase by the consumer, according to the Distance Selling Act the customer has the right to return the delivered goods (or part) within a period of 14 working days without giving any reason. This period begins at the time of delivery of the ordered goods. The customer is obliged, before proceeding with the return within the period of 14 working days after receipt, to send a written notification to Full Steel Mp7 via mail info@fullsteelmp7.com. If the customer has not informed to use the legal right of return within the trial period of 14 days after receipt, then the purchase is a done deal.

Commercial returns will be accepted for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. For this, the product must be sealed in its original packaging, with all its accessories and accompanying documentation, complements and in perfect condition for sale. Likewise, the customer shall bear the transport costs for its return to our facilities. The processing will be carried out by contacting the e-mail address info@Fullsteelmp7.com and following the instructions provided. Once the condition of the product has been checked, the return of the product will be authorised or not. If the goods have been used by the customer, encumbered or damaged in any way, Full Steel Mp7 reserves the right to charge a depreciation. If this is the case, an amount will be issued to the customer which will be available for future purchases for the full invoice value of the product. The customer will not be charged for transport, customs or other exceptional circumstances, which will be explained to the customer. In case of refusal, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the reason for the refusal and will be obliged to bear the cost of transport to recover the product within a maximum period of 30 days from the notification of the incident.

If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he shall return the product to the entrepreneur within 14 days after receipt, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur. The customer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, e.g. by means of a proof of postal delivery.

Full Steel Mp7 shall, within 14 days after proper receipt of the return shipment or 14 days after receipt of the return receipt (here the return receipt must explicitly state the contents of the return shipment), guarantee a voucher for the value of the goods. When returning the entire purchase, the customer will be credited with a voucher for the full amount of the purchase, including the calculated shipping and / or payment costs. If only a part of the purchased goods is returned, only the voucher for the purchase value of the returned goods will be credited. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest standard shipping will never be reimbursed. The return of the delivered goods is at the expense and risk of the customer.

4.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Service contracts, after full performance of the service, and only when performance has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer and the consumer has declared that he loses his right of withdrawal as soon as the entrepreneur has fully completed the contract for goods or services. Whose price is subject to fluctuations on the financial market, over which the supplier has no influence and which may occur within the waiting period, goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, e.g. customised works; or which have a clear personal character, products whose shelf life has expired within the 14-day cooling-off period (deterioration). Sealed products which, for health or hygienic reasons, are not suitable for return and whose seal has been broken after delivery, sealed audio/video or software media whose seal has been broken, for goods or services which by their nature cannot be returned, e.g. for reasons of hygiene or which may spoil or age rapidly, the delivery of loose newspapers and magazines.

Full Steel MP7 itself or through third parties, in order to inspect the condition of the goods, reserves the right to carry out a preliminary analysis of the goods before and even after accepting the return. In any case, excluded from the right of withdrawal, given their special characteristics, will be those products that are subject to market fluctuations beyond the seller's reach; those products that have been developed, modified or customised for the user; those products acquired with the ICAE armourer serial number marking customisation service; those products that were ordered specifically for the user; all consumables; software or products that include licensed software, which have been opened and unsealed by the user and all those purchases as a result of business or self-employed activity or by anyone who does not hold the status of consumer in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force.

5. Data management

5.1. If you place an order with Full Steel Mp7 , your data will be included in the Full Steel Mp7 customer base.

Full Steel Mp7 adheres to the Data Protection Policy and will not provide your details to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5.2. Full Steel Mp7 respects the privacy of the users of the website and guarantees the confidential treatment of their personal data.

5.3. Full Steel Mp7 makes use of a mailing list in some cases. Each mailing contains instructions on how to remove yourself from this list.

6. Warranty and Conformity

6.1. The entrepreneur warrants that the products and / or services comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and / or usability and the statutory provisions existing at the date of conclusion of the contract and / or government regulations.

6.2. An agreement offered by the entrepreneur, manufacturer or importer as a guarantee does not affect the rights and claims that the consumer can assert with respect to a breach in the performance of the obligations of the entrepreneur against the entrepreneur under the law and / or the distance agreement.

6.3. If it appears that the delivered goods are incorrect, defective or incomplete, then the customer must (before proceeding to return to Full Steel Mp7 ) report these defects within 2 months after discovery of the defect in writing to Fullsteelmp7.com. The goods must be returned in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation). Putting into service (use) after detection of the non-compliance, damage arising after detection of the non-compliance, encumbrance and/or resale after detection of the non-compliance, lapses the right of claim and return.

6.4. If the customer's complaints by Full Steel Mp7 are found to be well-founded, Fullsteelmp7.com will repair or replace the delivered products at the discretion of the consumer. Any liability of Full Steel Mp7 for damages is limited to a maximum of the invoice amount of the goods in question, or (at Full Steel Mp7‘s option) to the maximum amount covered in the relevant case by Full Steel Mp7’s liability insurance. Any liability of Full Steel Mp7 for any other form of damage, including additional damages in any form, compensation for indirect or consequential damage or damage due to loss of profit is excluded.

6.5. Full Steel Mp7 is not liable for damage caused by intent or equivalent deliberate recklessness of non-managerial personnel.

6.6. This warranty does not apply if:

A) while the customer of Full Steel Mp7 is in default.

B) the customer has repaired and/or edited the delivered goods himself or has had them repaired and/or edited by third parties.

C) the delivered goods are exposed to abnormal conditions or treated carelessly or in violation of Full Steel Mp7's instructions and/or the instructions on the packaging.

D) Products that are likely to be subjected to wear and tear, intensive use or handling from the outset shall be excluded from the warranty policy. In this group of products we can find used, opened or manipulated replicas, batteries, consumables such as already used ammunition, clothing or equipment, etc. In these cases, Fullsteelmp7.com reserves the right to observe and argue defects that are not attributable to a fault in the manufacture of the product.

7. Offers

7.1. Offers are non-binding, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

7.2. Upon acceptance of a non-binding offer by the buyer, Full Steel Mp7 reserves the right to withdraw or deviate from the offer within a period of 3 working days after receipt of such acceptance.

7.3. Verbal commitments bind Full Steel Mp7 only after they have been explicitly confirmed in writing.

7.4. The offers of Full Steel Mp7 do not automatically apply to new orders.

7.5. Full Steel Mp7 cannot withhold its offer if the customer should have understood that the offer, or a part of it, contained a mistake or an obvious error.

7.6. Additions, changes and/or additional agreements are only effective if they are agreed in writing.

8. Agreement

8.1. An agreement between Fullsteelmp7.com and a customer is concluded after Full Steel Mp7 has assessed the feasibility of an order.

8.2. Full Steel Mp7 reserves the right not to accept orders or orders without giving reasons or to accept only on condition that shipment is made cash on delivery or after payment in advance.

9. Images and specifications

All images; photographs, drawings, etc. e.g. data on weights, dimensions, colours, label images, etc. on the Full Steel Mp7 website apply only in an approximate manner, are indicative and cannot lead to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

10. Force majeure

10.1. Full Steel Mp7 is not liable, insofar as its obligations cannot be fulfilled as a result of force majeure.

10.2. Force majeure means any external cause, as well as any circumstance, which should not reasonably be at your risk. Delay or default of our suppliers, Internet malfunctions, electricity malfunctions, malfunctions in email traffic and malfunctions or changes in third party technology, transport difficulties, strikes, governmental measures, delays in supply, negligence of suppliers and/or manufacturers of Full Steel Mp7 as well as of auxiliary persons, illness of personnel, defects in auxiliary or transport equipment are expressly considered as force majeure.

10.3. In the event of force majeure, Full Steel Mp7 reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the content of the agreement is changed in such a way that execution remains possible. In no case is Full Steel Mp7 obliged to pay any penalty or compensation.

10.4. If Full Steel Mp7 at the beginning of the force majeure has already partially fulfilled its obligations, or can only partially fulfil its obligations, it is entitled to invoice the part already delivered or deliverable separately and the customer is obliged to fulfil its part as a separate contract. However, this does not apply if the part already delivered or deliverable has no independent value.

11. Liability

Full Steel Mp7 is not liable for damage to third parties, vehicles or other objects caused by improper use of the products. Before use, please read the instructions on the packaging and/or consult our website.

12. Modifications to the Terms of Use

Full Steel Mp7 reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time.

13. Replicas of 4th category, Royal Decree 137/1993, Weapons Regulations (Spanish Regulation)
(Regulación española)

Full Steel Mp7 sells 4th Category Weapons for recreational sporting use, better known as ALD, markers or airsoft replicas. The sale is regulated by Royal Decree 137/1993, of 29 January, which approves the Weapons Regulations.

According to Article 54.3 of Royal Decree 137/1993. ‘Category 4 weapons may be acquired and held in the purchaser's own home, with no other formality than the declaration of the sale, the type of weapons and the purchaser's identity data to the Mayor of the municipality where the purchaser resides and to the Civil Guard Weapons Intervention Office.

According to Article 56, a book of entries and exits of 4th category weapons shall be kept with the data corresponding to the serial number, type of weapon and identification of the purchasing user.

In order to carry and use category 4 weapons, it is necessary to obtain a weapons card.

Article 105.

In order to carry and use category 4 weapons outside the home, they must be specially documented by means of arms cards, which shall accompany them in all cases. Weapons cards shall be granted and withdrawn, where appropriate, by the mayors of the municipalities in which the applicants are domiciled or residing, after taking into consideration their conduct and background. Their validity shall be limited to the respective municipalities.
Weapons included in Category 4.2 may be documented in unlimited numbers with a B card, the validity of which is permanent. Of those in Category 4.1, only six weapons may be documented with A cards, which are valid for five years.
However, the municipal authority may limit or reduce both the number of weapons that each interested party may possess and the period of validity of the cards, taking into account local and personal circumstances.
Applicants for card A must prove that they are at least 14 years of age and must present a valid national identity card or equivalent documents.
The firearms pass will be issued on a form to be drawn up by the Directorate-General of the Guardia Civil. Up to six weapons may be entered on each form. In the case of B cards and where the number of weapons exceeds six, the person concerned may hold more than one card.
One copy of the form shall be given to the person concerned; the second copy shall be sent by the Mayor's Office to the Intervención de Armas.

14. Retention of the product

14.1. The ownership of all goods sold and delivered by Full Steel Mp7 to the customer remains with Full Steel Mp7 as long as the customer has not fulfilled Full Steel Mp7‘s claims under the agreement or similar agreements prior or subsequent, as long as the customer has done so or has yet to perform work under these, or similar agreements has not yet been fulfilled and as long as the customer has not satisfied Full Steel Mp7’s claims due to the breach of such obligations, including claims relating to penalties, interest and costs.

14.2. Products delivered by Full Steel Mp7 which are subject to retention of title may only be resold in the context of a normal business exercise and must never be used as a means of payment.

14.3. The customer is not entitled to pledge the goods covered by the retention of title or to object in any other way.

14.4. The customer already gives unconditional and irrevocable permission to Full Steel Mp7 or a third party appointed by Full Steel Mp7 to, in all cases where Full Steel Mp7 wishes to exercise its ownership rights, enter all those places where its product will be located and to take the product with them.

14.5. If the seizure by a third party of the goods delivered under retention of title or wishes to establish or enforce rights thereon, the customer is obliged to inform Full Steel Mp7 as soon as reasonably expected

14.6. The customer makes the necessary arrangements to insure the goods delivered under retention of title and to keep them insured against fire, explosion and water damage as well as against theft and to hand over the policy for this insurance at the first inspection request to Full Steel Mp7.
